This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Revosuite platform—including its modules Revosuite Rx-Booster, REVO CRM Booster, and Revosuite Approval Workflows—and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation

- Application refers to Revosuite, the software platform provided by the Company.

- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Revosuite platform application automatically collects data like timestamps associated with using the service, location associated with using detail aids presented in the service, explicit actions performed on one or more applications/s part of the subscription like (but not limited to) actions documented on specific HCPs, process workflows, and any notes, comments or feedback needed to achieve the value identified by the service.
This data is used to provide the business intelligence required by the subscription.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service. The technologies We use may include:

We retain data collected in Revosuite's modules according to contractual requirements and no longer than necessary. Data retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, contractual agreements, and legal obligations. By default, operational and usage data are retained for [12 months] unless otherwise agreed.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.

When transferring personal data outside of its country of origin, Revosuite ensures appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

- Data Processing Agreements with all service providers.

Delete Your Personal Data
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
You may contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred.

International Data Hosting and AWS
Revosuite uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) as its hosting infrastructure. AWS provides secure and compliant cloud hosting services, with global data centers. Data may be stored and processed in AWS regions selected based on customer location, performance, and compliance requirements.
Revosuite will agree with enterprise customers on regional hosting preferences where required.
Regions may include but are not limited to:
- AWS Europe regions
- AWS Middle East regions
- AWS North Africa-compatible regions where available
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
